These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between CoinsCal and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of all websites, applications, APIs, content, signals, indicators, and related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided by the Company.

The Services are global in nature and are not limited to or governed by the laws of any specific country, except where mandatory laws apply.

1. Agreement to and Application of the Terms

By accessing or using the Services, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

The Company may amend these Terms from time to time. Amended Terms shall become effective upon posting within the Services or through appropriate notice.

2. Nature and Purpose of the Services

Coinscal is an information and analytics platform that provides cryptocurrency-related data and tools, including but not limited to market data, technical indicators, price information, trading signals, automated analytics, and AI-based insights.

All Services are provided for informational and reference purposes only. Any signals, indicators, or analytical outputs are intended to assist users in making their own independent decisions.

Users acknowledge that the Services do not eliminate investment risk, and that all decisions and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Disclaimer Regarding Signals and Investment Responsibility

The Services may include trading signals, buy/sell indications, market interpretations, or other analytical outputs.

Such content:

Is provided for reference and informational purposes only
Does not guarantee accuracy, profitability, or future performance

The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and involves significant risk, including the risk of partial or total loss.

Users understand and agree that:

Any reliance on signals, indicators, or analyses is at their own discretion
The Company bears no responsibility or liability for investment decisions made based on the Services
Users are solely responsible for evaluating risks and managing their own investments

4. Data Accuracy, Signals, and Limitations

Prices, trading volume, market capitalization, buy/sell signals, AI analysis results, automated indicators, and other data provided through the Services are derived from external data providers, exchange APIs, and the Company’s proprietary algorithms.

The Company does not guarantee:

Completeness
Accuracy
Timeliness
Real-time availability

Signals and analytical outputs may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by technical limitations.

The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from:

Data delays, errors, or omissions
Incorrect or misleading signals
System outages or technical failures
Use of the Services as a primary basis for trading decisions

Users must use all data and signals as supplementary reference information only.

5. Notice Regarding AI Analysis and Automated Indicators

AI-based analyses, indicators, and signals are generated using probabilistic, statistical, and machine-learning models.

Such outputs:

Are inherently uncertain
Do not guarantee predictive accuracy
Do not ensure future results or performance

The Company shall not be responsible for any outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated analyses or automated signals.

6. User Obligations

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:

Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Services
Unauthorized data scraping, crawling, harvesting, or resale
Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to bypass security measures
Disseminating false, misleading, or unlawful information
Using the Services for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws or international norms

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in the Services, including but not limited to text, data structures, signals, indicators, UI/UX designs, algorithms, and explanatory materials, is owned by the Company or its legitimate licensors.

Users may access and use the Services solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Without prior written consent from the Company, users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content provided through the Services.

8. Service Changes and Suspension

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, modifications, or termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the Services.

For free Services, the Company’s total liability shall be zero.

10. International Services and Governing PrinciplesThe Services are targeted at global users.

The Services are intended for users worldwide.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general international commercial principles, except where mandatory local laws apply.

Any disputes arising between the Company and users may be resolved through arbitration or dispute resolution mechanisms designated by the Company.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
